Welcome Home Carolyn, Martin and Ryan!!!

Yesterday 07.12.08 my sister(Carol) from Sweden together with family finally arrived KK after14 hours flying... Wish them Selamat Pulang/Welcome Home... This is the first time i met my nephew Ryan the kuai2 boy... Actually my sister and family want to surprise us one family on their arrival cos they dont even tell us went is their flight or arrival from Sweden and telling us that it was on 12 Dec. 08. But as usual my mom got many intelligent (CIA..ehehe) that she can contact for her to know went is the exact arrival date of them... So yesterday instead of my sister giving surprise to us, they are the one that get surprise from us as when they walk out from the arrival hall... they especially carol surprisingly saw my mom holding flower and shin chan waiting outside for them... here some of the moment captured yesterday...

Weekend update!!!

Friday...

Last weekend update... let me start with my friday leave... i still got many leave available where i need to use before expired by the end of this year... so apalagi cuti lar... but still eventhough im on leave people (boss, insured, insurer, office etc) still calling my handphone asking for update on my file i handle... man so irritating... ok continue with my weekend... on friday beside the calls pouring in.... i went to workshop checking the progress of my under repair car... its already bout 40% completed... so next week can start with the touch up work before send for painting... hopefully can be completed before Christmas... but i m kinda assured of that...

Satuday...

Saturday i spend most of my time relaxing my body at home surfing internet, watch movie and ya i clean my bedroom... and i become my own eric leong (Malaysia home deco) to decorate my bedroom(not really decorate lar but just changing position of my bed and dressing table)... but now it looks much more bigger/ spacious i can say....ehehhe i dont even knw i got talent in this... so anyone need my advice just gv me a call... eheheh kidding... after finish with my deco... like usual heading to fitness centre to build muscle...eheheh no lar not building muscle just to get some exercise...

Sunday i bring my cousins with family to Karambunai Lagoon for outing... actually they plan to Sipadan Island but considering the weather at tat time with rough sea as it is goin to rain... we had cancel the planned and as advised by uncle Jenddy we heading to Karambunai Lagoon in exchange of the Island mood... actually its the first time i been to Karambuani Lagoon... kinda fun with the facilities/equipment and somemore it is more clean than other beach... so here is some of the photos taken that day wanna share with u all... emh mayb next time u can plan ur weekend here...

How To Handle Stress!!!

Yesterday i was so depress and stressful... no idea y but mayb becos im stress with so many stuff need to be handle in one time... When we stress we are so blur and not thinking right... i believe everyone of us ever encounter stress time (either in study time, working time etc etc) and we know how it feel when we are in stress... so today i just wanna share with all readers out there how i handle my stress time yesterday...

Learn your stress! What is the cause for u become stress... Me? All documents come to me in one time, finalising my report, chasing for the due date, pay my car installment, look after my car that under repair at the workshop when i learn that the car maybe could not be fixed before Christmas (i'll make sure i can have the car before Christmas), pay for my house electrical bill, phone bill, streamyx bill, etc. (wow that is too many!!!)

If u look at my workstation like this im sure u also will feel stress like i do, right?

Work out ur problem settle it one by one... but of course for the first time dont let urself to be caught on ur surrounding... make sure ur workstation or where ever it is keep it clean and tidy... if u saw ur workstation like my workstation(above photo) pls clean it up and arranged it properly... im sure u cannot do it in one time even though u pile it up like that... right? so the first thing i do after learn my stress is to clean my workstation... im make sure i only left a file which im going to finish it first...

Next is work overtime to settle ur things... its not necessary when ur office hours until 5.30p.m then at 5.30p.m sharp u already left ur office and let ur unfinished work to be continue in the next day... u may need to consider finishing your work before u left ur office... sometimes its better to work extra hour because by that time nobody (ur bos, colleague, phone calls, etc) can interrupt u doin ur work... even though there is still have tomorrow u can settle ur work... but dont forget tomorrow may always have a new work for u to handle... in that case ur work burden will become more and more and untill one time it will exploded and u'll become stressful and depress... so frm now on i start to go back late if i have unfinished work need to be settle on the day...

So after u overcome ur problem even for only some part of your problem... things will come positively and u can start seeing all ur other problem be settle by it self and u can just live happily like u before... ehehhe

So my dear friends... this is only part of my stress handling story... will update more if i got time cos now i also doin overtime to finish my today's work....so now i need to continue my work before its too late to go back home...ihiihhi... chiow chin chau...

This week showed the last episode of CSI- Miami S.6 and The Amazing Race Asia 3.
CSI-Miami Season 6 ended with Lt. Horatio Caine shot at the airfield while waiting for his x-wife. Who did this to him? what would happen to him next? will he survive the gunshot? lets wait and see on the next season which will be out donno when... hah i cant wait to see what happen... will try to search torrent for the latest season then...
The Amazing Race Asia 3- after traveling to seven countries and making their way across 11 cities and covering 21,600km, Sam and Vince are the new winners for The Amazing Race Asia Season 3. Congratulation to the Hong Kong (Sam & Vince) Team. Lucky its not the Philipine (Geoff & Tisha) Team but to bad our Malaysian (Ida Narina & Tania) team only manage to get to the finish line on the third (Congrats anyway for your racing spirit).

Perjanjian 20-Perkara (20-points agreement) North Borneo a.k.a Sabah

Kebanyakkan rakyat Sabah tidak kira kaum sudah lupa dan ada yang tidak tahu akan perjanjian 20-perkara North Borneo a.k.a Sabah dalam pembentukan Malaysia pada 16 September 1963.
Jika kita lihat dan kaji perjanjian 20-perkara ini memang amat ketara kita telah dipermainkan oleh Semenanjung Malaysia yang akan sudah lupa atau tidak kisah mengenai perjanjian ini.
Apa yang termaktub dalam perjanjian ini telah dipesongkan supaya rakyat Sabah tidak mengetahui dan keliru akan perjanjian ini dan tidak menuntut hak yang sepatutnya.
Rakyat Sabah terutama orang-orang mudah harus diberitahu dan diingatkan mengenai perjanjian ini.
Kita lihat apa yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang cuba untuk menutup dan melupuskan perjanjian ini. Kita lihat saja buku sejarah yang kita belajar di sekolah tidak menyentuh satupun mengenai perjanjian 20-perkara ini. lebih dititik beratkan mengenai Sejarah kemerdekaan Malaysia pada 31 Ogos 1959 tetapi langsung tidak melaporkan tentang pembentukan Malaysia antara Tanah Melayu, Singapura, Sabah dan Sarawak dan perjanjian-perjanjian yang termaktub pada masa itu.
Kenapa ini berlaku? itu adalah sejarah penting tetapi cuba dikaburi dan ditutupi oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab supaya orang-orang Sabah dan Sarawak lupa dan tidak tahu akan kewujudan perjanjian tersebut terutama kepada generasi-generasi mudah.
Bayangkan jika semua orang berdiam, biarkan sejarah tersebut hilang begitu saja, orang-orang tua kita tidak bercerita dengan kita tentang sejarah dan perjanjian-perjanjian tersbut maka hak-hak dan keistimewaan kita semakin lama semakin hilang dan kita akan senantiasa dikuasai oleh semenanjung Malaysia seperti apa yang berlaku hari ini.
Cuba bayangkan hari ini jika hak-hak keistimewaan kita seperti yang termaktub dalam perjanjian 20-perkara tersebut masih dipakai, kita bukanlah antara negeri termiskin di Malaysia. Bayangkan peluang pekerjaan di negeri ini semua diberi keutamaan kepada penduduk/ rakyat Sabah dan tahap pengangguran di negeri ini semestinya kecil dan mungkin kosong. Anak-anak Sabah tidak lagi ditipu kerja di luar negeri dan berakhir dengan pelacuran dan kerja-kerja haram. Anak-anak Sabah yang pintar mendapat pendidikan dengan pemberian biasiswa belajar ke luar negara.
Tetapi apa yang kita impikan tidak berlaku disebabkan kita telah dimanipulasi kan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab dan kita telah di-ambil hak dan keistimewaan kita dan yang paling teruk walaupun kita tahu akan apa yang berlaku ini kita masih lagi berdiam diri dan biarkan ia berlaku.
Mungkin kita salahkan ahli politik kita, wakil-wakil rakyat kita tetapi yang patut kita salahkan adalah diri kita terlebih dahulu sebab kebenarannya kita mempunyai hak untuk memilih supaya hak-hak dan keistimewaan kita dapat dikembalikan tetapi kita lihat apa yang kita pilih hari ini... fikirkanlah.
Walaupun begitu kita masih boleh kembalikan hak-hak tersebut sebab perjanjian 20-perkara masih wujud cuma diketepikan oleh orang-orang tertentu supaya kita boleh dimanipulasikan. Kita sebagai rakyat mempunyai hak untuk bersuara dan saya percaya we can change and let we change.
Generasi muda masa kini mempunyai suara yang paling kuat dan kita lihat seperti pemilihan presiden U.S baru-baru ini. President Amerika berkulit hitam pertama dalam sejarah. Semua ini adalah hasil daripada suara orang-orang mudah dan orang yang percaya akan adanya perubahan.
Apa yang boleh kita lakukan pada masa sekarang? kita sepatutnya spread the truth dan beritahu semua orang (rakyat Sabah) akan kebenaran dengan perjanjian 20-perkara ini. Semua kita perlu tahu apa isi kandungan perjanjian tersebut dan bagaimana dan apa hak-hak yang kita sepatutnya ada pada masa kini.

AirAsiA AirPlaNe TuRN BLue...

Today i got job to do in Sandakan so as usual i take the earliest flight to Sandakan at 7.30am. Nothing much to do in Sandakan so i finish my work early this time at 11am. U know what... Sandakan was not a place when u travel much by taxi as its pretty hard to get taxi especially when u r not in the sightseeing area. Its totally different with Tawau where u can get taxi in just a few minutes no matter where your location is. of course Tawau has the highest number of Taxi in Sabah after Kota Kinabalu. Compare to the size of Kota Kinabalu... Tawau town was not that big so u spotted taxi very frequent compare to any other town in Sabah and its really help especially to us who ride taxi almost all the time when we goin outstation...nice!!!

So back to my story today... i manage to catch the 2pm flight back to Kota Kinabalu via Malaysia Airlines... on the same time there is AirAsia Flight back to Kota Kinabalu as well... but when the AirAsia plane landed at Sandakan airport that time... surprisingly the color was not as what I use to see and which have already become a trademark color for AirAsia that is Red and White color... what happen!!! AirAsia turning blue and white... it looks funny and doesnt look AirAsia at all... ehehe maybe its because this is the first time i saw AirAsia change color and its look weird... emh whatever lar AirAsia... cos whatever u do u still become the preferable Airlines among Malaysian to travel i think... so here u go the new and rare AirAsia Airplanes bodypaint color... The Bluessss AirAsia.... :-)

Nowadays... we heard many news on car gone missing while parking at deserted area... recently, its yesterday i received sms from my friend asking help on finding friend of friend's car gone missing when she parked the car outside CMI church on Sunday morning... the SMS sound as follow...

Pls help pass msg. This is 2day Sunday. Thnx. "Hi John, Top urgent my car SA2928B Waja Silver hilang after church CMI, Bukit Padang just now, 10.30am. Pls ask yr radio friends to help. Tks Clarice Ligadu 0128032995"

I dont know the lady but i think she might need ur help if u noted the car somewhere... but please take this on without prejudice because on the same time i donno the genuinity of this msg... just in case and a reminder for all of us...

The WorSt DAy Of My LiFE...

Continue on my last update... it is now time to share with all of my friends n blogger out there what actually happen to be my biggest nightmare...

After 2 days lingering on my problem... at last i can start to sleep well and let the rectification process work for itself... what happen hah??? here u go...

Actually my car was knocked by my neighbour's (Crazy neighbour i can say) car who is still intoxicated when he did the crime... this is how the story start... in the morning of 6Nov08 about 2 o'clock in the morning... as usual around this time i am already on my bed... sleeping...that is when i was awaken by my brother stress call and bangging on my bedroom door... he was telling me better i go down n look what happen to my car... i know it must be something very bad n i have to prepare on every circumstances... when i step outside my house i saw 1 car overturned on the centre of the road and my car was already in a different position from which i last parked the car that evening... with mix feeling i walk near my car and carefully watch my ill fated car without even care how is the life of the driver whose car overturned (dont give a damn care since what he had done to my car)... feel very disapointed, mad, frustated and unbelievable i just keep calm and wanna to settle the problem in the soonest possible... soon after the driver who was drunk walk near me and say sorry for the damage... seeing him in that situation i just accept his apology and still cannot believe on what happening... more and more neighbours start to gathered at the scene to witness the rare accident that happen in the housing area... the worst... i was informed that the neighbour's car road tax was just expired last month... my heart like stopping after get to know that... i call up the police traffic and its take about 2 hours before the police arrive (the attitude of our police that is arriving late)... before the police arrive a group of the neighbour's friend came and trying to talk to me on settling the thing outside... when the police arrived... i let the police do the jod taking what necessary... but hearing the plead from the neighbour with the interupting of his gangster *%^&$ friends... i considering to settle the things outside and the police was left the scene soon after... i donnot know whether what i did is right or wrong but my main intention just to settle the problem as soon as possible... my car was towed to the workshop on the afternoon of the same day and now still in the process of claiming the insurance... what i can do now is just praying to God that everything going smoothly without any problem ahead and i just want my car to be repair before next month the month of December...

FuEL PriCe ExPeCTeD tO ReDuCe BOuT' 15cents- 30cents

Fuh... JuSt ToUcH DoWn FrOm TaWAu... Little info for you... Today i did burglary case to one of the main gas cylinder supplier in Tawau... He's also owned one Shell Station in Tawau... when i met him this morning... he looks worried of the downturn of the price fuel nowadays... and somemore gov. are reducing the fuel price soon which expected to be on the 1st Nov. 2008... so I ask him why u should be worried about the reducing of fuel price as it supposed not to direct affect to the fuel station owner... then i made to understand that when they bought the gas and put it on stock there were not prepared for the reducing of fuel prices and all the sudden the gov. will just simply announcing on reducing of the fuel price and they had no choice but to follow the new lower price... so in this case they are losing some profit from the stock they bought before... based on the owner the loss can be up to RM20k per fuel station... kinda bad hah... so i take the oppurtunity to ask how much probably the coming fuel price reduction... and based on his source in Kuala Lumpur... it could be from RM0.15 to RM0.30 by this coming Nov... So it would b a good news for all motor user this coming Nov... So i suggest to you all out there... better dont buy petrol gas before 1st of Nov. if you wanna save few cents on your fuel k... :-) orite tats it for today... will update more soon...

LiKe To DoWnLoad StUFF... TrY ThIS...

What i LiKe BouT TuesDaY is BeCOs toDaY Is HeRoES DaY... uHuHuH

So like usual i will download the latest episode in my office computer because i want to be the first to watch it among my friend...ekekek usually the download will take less than 6 hours so i can finish download it in my office before i go back... no problem... as usual i will search the torrent using mininova.org search engine... after that then using deluge download manager to dload that torrent... so usually i'll just let the downloading run for itself... but when its about 60% downloaded i was surprise y it download pretty fast this time when its only take bout 30minutes to reach 60%... so when i maximize it... wow the download speed up to 130 KiB/s... usually i only manage to get bout 60 KiB/s the max... than less than 1 hour its already finish downloaded... LOL thats y i love to use Deluge as my torrent download manager... so to all my fren out there... thinking of changing torrent download manager... i recommend u to use DELUGE for torrent download manager... it will not let u down...ekeke dont believe me... See the screen capture below... :-)

All the Hindus and Sikh across Malaysia and the world are celebrating their "Festival Of Light" which based on them the light signify victory of good over evil within every human being... So i would like to Wish all Hindus, Sikh and whoever celebrating it HaPPy Deepavali or Deepavali Nal Valthukhal!!!

Raining since yesterday afternoon... Heavy rain, drizzling, windstorm, thunderstorm... what happen to our world nowadays... cannot relying on weather broadcast anymore... its change in a few second... morning can be hot like hell and all of sudden in d afternoon windstorm change the weather and mood of the day... this morning i had work to do in Nexus Karambunai... woke up in a rainy morning such a frustrated to me cos suppose i should wake up late on saturday... work is work i need to live with it(what ever)... so back to my work this morning... on my way to Nexus its been raining heavily... after bout 25 minutes diving in the rain... when i reach place near to the KKIP... the road was flooded and few cars was stopped due to the high rise of water that flooded the road heading to Karambunai... so i had no choice and figure out how to cross the flooded road... i saw cars like wira, iswara even kancil can cross the about 3 ft high water... so i m confidence my car should have no problem to do so... but to be safe i get an idea that its better to be tailed of a lorry cos the load of lorry while passing through the water will pushing the water aside and this can help on making way to me... so i wait a little while untill 1 lorry tanker about the cross the flood and be tailed with it... so i safely make way crossing the flood... what an experience haah...

Ini kali saya kena buat major service sbb odometer saya sdh sampai 20,000 km... tp masalahnya saya belum buat booking service so hanya mengharap ada tpt lg lar... sekali sampai d service ctr... ada mcm karnival and rupa2nya sejak kemarin Proton Edar ada karnival tahunan... so ada car inspection percuma... lucky draw... games... and pameran lar seperti biasa... so bila saya mau buat service... 1 of the proton service guy ckp penuh sudah so kena p lain hari n dia cadangkan sia buat car inspection lar n somemore ada lucky draw... so i do free car inspection and of cos get a free lucky draw... u know i i get... its a 1 full set of cutlery set... ehehe well its not for me to use but atleast can make my mom happy with this new cutlery set... :-)

After many2 years im not been listening to Kitaro music... when i woke up this morning all of sudden i've thinking of kitaro music on my head... so i go to youtube and search for his song... and amazingly and surprisingly i listen one by one his music and wow its really excellent, amazing music and peacefull... im admired with his song since im in school time and his song has been my inspiration to my study... the last time ive been listening to his song was on yr 2000 before i entered matriculation... u know lar that time u need to buy cassette/cd for u to listen to music... so hv been forgotten bout kitaro music untill today... so for the tribute to Mr. Kitaro... i've postd his song on my first music list... enjoy u al!!!

Ini hari schedule saya meeting d Lahad Datu... so kena bangun awal pagi lagi seperti biasa naik kapal MASWINGS jam 7am... tp beza hari ini kena bangun extra awal sbb sista memei pun kena naik kapal jam 7.20am Airasia balik KL... 5.30am sudah bangun n jam 6am sudah d a-port terminal 2... lpas hantar memei terus p terminal 1... naik foker twin otter sudahla sempit bau dalam kapal pun satu mcm sbb kapal lama... nasibla time balik naik foker MASWINGS baru... space pun better dr kapal lama... so i manage to catch the 2.40pm flight back to kk... Sampai rumah saja terus landing d katil rehatkan badan... dari hari sabtu lagi bangun awal... sudah lar tu last Sunday sempat lagi minum tiger d upperstar ngan geng kaki minum(kaki minum air)... ihihi ala 2 botol tiger satu org ja okay lar tu utk release tension... so tonite ada sesi badminton lagi sama kwn d dewan kebudayaan Penampang... time to exercise... sempat lg tulis blog sebelum p main badminton... eheheh adious...

Busy Week!!!

This week i only spent 2 days in the office and 3 days doin outstation work. After from Tawau on tuesday this week... i got another assignment in Sandakan and this time i stay overnight in Sandakan... on Thursday i start my journey from kk catched the 7.30am flight to Sandakan... upon reached Sandakan... the client was already in the airport ready to fetch me to the estate... its take about 2.30hours journey to the estate... so to and fro i spent bout 5-6 hours for this assignment... this force me to stay overnight as i do have another case to attend the next day... so i decided to stay the newly open hotel in Sandakan nearby giant supermarket called King Park Hotel... its just a small hotel but what i like bout the hotel is it has wifi service in every guest room... so i can stay online while doin my work... but the bad thing bout this hotel is the reception people sucks... have no credit card services... astro but no AXN (my fav. channel)... and worst part is have no generator.... what the hell... first time i stay in the hotel that encounter with electricity failure and its take bout 1 hour before electricity resumed(no generator so need to wait till SESB fix the failure).... so this will be the 1st and the last i would stay in that hotel... i goin back from Sandakan on friday taking the Airasia 2.20pm flight to kk... its a new plane and looks tidy and clean... 1st time taking Airasia this year from Sandakan...

What a Tuesday!!!

Well today i went for outstation in Tawau... pretty tired now but still got energy updating my blog...ihihi i woke up early this morning to catch the earliest flight to Tawau... luckily i had web check-in the day before so no need to rush to MAS counter for boarding pass... and somemore i pretty late this morning... woke up at 6.15am and got prepared 6.25am before heading to the airport and reach airport bout 6.45am... 5 minutes before boarding... just on time... pheww i got lucky this time... hopefully no next time for me...ekeke

Happy Birthday!!! 07/09/08

what make me late woke up this morning is because of last night drinks at upperstar (again...) untill bout almost 2a.m. and this time to celebrate my uncle Jenddy birthday together with friends... Today is my uncle Jenddy birthday... Thanks to birthday boy blanja us one famili go makan at our usual place Golden Valey Restaurant... Nice food n reasonable price... Recommended to everyone(sempat promote lg bah)... ihihi after the dinner we went to upperstar for celebration(countdown till late night)... having a stout which i first time drink that much Guinness stout one night... but the good thing is when i woke up this morning not that 'kogutan' or 'hang-over' and that also the cause i almost miss the flight this morning... phewww

Ok would like to take this oppurtunity to wish my uncle Jenddy Happy Birthday and happy always... masih mudah bah tu... boleh ikut 'tom tom bak' (astro children's channel) lagi tu...ekeke and also to friend of Jenddy, Collin who celebrate the same date (day & month only lar) of birth with him Happy Birthday and Jenddy welcoming him joining the club of 30's...ihihih ok guys enjoy your birthday...

After early woke up (not enough sleep) this morning, outstation and playing badminton today make me feel very tired but fresh on the same time... so who says exercise is not good!!! so go out exercise no matter how busy you are man... adious amigos...

It's a MonDay!!!

After bout 1 week holiday, now its time back to office for work... Its kind a lazy but we need to work as well... when i reach office this morning, my table so mess up with documents flying in, Insurers chasing for report and somemore this month is a closing month which mean will be the last month for us to strive to achieve multiplier for our year end bonus though... I still short of few thousand for my multiplier, so this month should be my busiest month after all... emh okla its time to start work again... peace!!!
